But please note that supplement alone will not help build muscle. A few more things are important :1. Eat healthy. One scoop of supplement gives you 24g of protein only. You need between 1g - 1.2g protein per kilo body weight to build muscle (for beginners. Advanced stage, you need more protein). Consume protein from other sources. Other nutrients are also important.2. Sleep well.3. Goes without saying - Workout hardI consume about 1.1g protein per kilo of my body weight and i can see a clear difference in 20 days.Don't buy other expensive protein isolates (take isolate if you are lactose intolerant- if you have problem with milk and milk products). Whey protein concentrate is equally effective at 50% of the cost of isolate.Some reviews talk about the taste being bad. Not at all. It is definitely not delicious but it doesn't taste bad. If I can save 2,000 per month, I'll compromise on the taste a bit - after all,this is not my food. You can drink it easily.
